"oh, hi! i'm jersey diego jonas, but call me jay.
i'm sure you've heard of me before; me and my
brothers are pretty famous. well, i guess they're
more famous than me because they're the band
and all, but still. i'm pretty well known too. i
actually do basically the same things as them.
i'm more into my acting and dancing, though.
singing is cool; people tell me i have a really
good voice, but i like to dance and act better.
i think the whole singing thing is more in my
brother's league. and yeah, i can dance?! i can.
i love to dance. it's really free-ing and everything.
acting is, too. i love to play other characters and
just getting into their mindset and it's just so
fun for me. i keep every character i play close
to my heart because they're so important to me.
how would i describe myself? hm. well, i'm very
confident with who i am and what i look like and
everything. i know what i like to do, and what i
don't like to do, and i'm not afraid to tell people what
i think about certain situations. i'll voice my doubts
and try to work it out, you know? like in a
relationship. i'll always try my hardest to make
it work; a few bumps in the road isn't going to stop
me. i'm very determined to finish everything that
i start and i will never, ever back down from a
challenge. some people call it stupid, i call it brave,
and to be honest, i live for adreneline thrill. i'm like
an adreneline junkie. aha. people tell me i'm also
a really big flirt. i guess i am, thinking back.
my history? gosh, okay. uh, obviously joseph stole
my face when we were born. ahaha. i'm about ten
minutes older than him, though. so. uh.. i was
more interested in acting and dancing than being
discovered, so my brothers got discovered before i
did... and then when they got more famous, every
one was like 'oh, they have a brother!' and yeah.
well actually, it was more 'oh look, joe jonas is...
dancing?' and then they found out that i was his
twin and that it was me and yeah. so now i've got
a record deal with disney for my singing, and my
acting and dancing are completely seperate."

diego smiled brilliantly when esther wrapped her arms around his neck and poked his nose gently. he loved when she touched him -- and not in a sexual way. no, diego didn't really do anything sexual, to be honest. he was too afraid that if he and a girl were to get, well, heated, she'd hurt him. he didn't know how it worked, or how it would happen, just that it would happen, and he didn't want to face that reality. diego loved it when esther touched him. just the simplest trace of her fingers against his skin was enough to make shivers run down his spine. there was something special about the connection they had that thrilled diego to the point where he seemed.. eccentric at times. he was quick to always go with her any place, even if it was just to the corner store to pick up some milk, because he just loved to be around her. well, that and he was scared shitless of her finding another guy, who was even more handsome than diego and better all around and that esther would drop diego like a hot potato. another unsettling thing that people found was that diego was always at esther's side at a moment's notice, and he would always ask her and have to have her reassure him that she would never "trade you for that guy". he was always paranoid about being left in the cold.
at the question, diego had to think quite deeply. he didn't remember if his parents were planning anything, and if they were, if they even were going to include him on the trip. because of his "behavior", they were always leaving diego out of vacations and trips, which only increased his fear of people leaving him. his parents had always come back from their two-week trips, but he was terrified that they wouldn't come back one day and leave him all alone. "i'm... not sure what i'm doing." he replied finally, after a minute of debating mentally if he could remember his parents saying anything to him. "i think i might be left alone this christmas." he said softly, almost inaudibly. his eyes darkened with sadness as he said it. he hated being left alone, especially by the people he loved the most. "why? are you going out of town?" he snapped back to attention, looking at her intently.
